Precision Fuel and Hydration Powder PH 500

Since “one size fits all” is not the case with hydration, PF&H offers all-natural electrolyte drink mixes in different strengths to match how YOU sweat. PH 500 is a moderate-strength electrolyte drink typically used by athletes with low to moderate sweat/sodium losses.

These are similar to their electrolyte tablets, but with more carbohydrate to aid absorption and provide a small hit of energy. The PH powder enhances the absorption of water during physical exercise with its’ hypotonic formula, so it’s not going to slow you down.

Why a little sugar?

There are 3 reasons why they added sugar to the new mixes.

1. To enable faster absorption of the drink into the bloodstream
2. To allow it to be ‘all-natural’ (using just 8 ingredients)
3. To provide just a little shot of energy to help your performance when you’re out there doing what you love and sweating

One thing to note is that PH 500’s packaging refers to the sodium content per liter. This is so that, if you’ve had a Sweat Test, you can easily match your results to the right strength drink.
